• The HRD-400’s unique feed system uses a rolling vane to inject dust into the air stream. By adjusting valve to control speed of rolling vane, the output of dust may be varied. • The urethane vane rotating inside a tube at the bottom of the hopper traps dust may be varied. • The urethane vane rotating inside a tube at the bottom of the hopper traps dust into pockets and rolls it into the air stream. • This positive feed mechanism allows for efficient injection of dust into the airstream • Muffler on inlet of blower reduces noise level. • The bag breaker in hopper allows bags of dust to be opened quickly without the use of knives or other tools.
